OSP Zborowice project was created for volunteer fire brigade from Poland to keep records of their turnout and crew. In this project we have built in various administration options for the administrator of the site who can add the crew, any courses they have followed and until when they are current if a course is up to date for less than three months, the administrator will receive a Notification to re-register the relevant crew for a course, they can also register all turnouts in the system with all data such as the cause of turnout date of turnout and return to register the barracks that were present. then all of this is registered and time is calculated to then add to the relevant persons that they are off on a particular day for a number of hours of an action. and as a last option they also have a list generator where they can choose a date from to and including to generate a PDF where all the men who were taken action in the chosen period are listed and the hours are listed there. In addition to the administration, we have made sure that they can post their own news to keep the local clouds informed about what is happening in the village.
